Inspired by a call to serve
Care for The People was founded by an active-duty Navy member stationed at NAS Lemoore, driven by a profound passion for giving back to the community. With a background rooted in aviation maintenance and an unwavering commitment to service, our founder recognized the urgent need in Fresno. Our organization began with a clear vision: to restore dignity, stability, and opportunity for those experiencing homelessness. Through dedicated charity events and the provision of essential services, we strive to create a supportive environment where hope and empowerment can flourish. It's a journey fueled by collaborative efforts and a deep sense of empathy, working towards lasting positive change in the lives of those we serve.
On the streets, for the people
Our core belief is simple: we are here for the people. When we encounter individuals experiencing homelessness on the streets of Fresno, our immediate goal is to provide direct, tangible support. This includes distributing essential basic supplies, offering nourishing food, and sharing moments of prayer and human connection.
